If you are having trouble logging on to the Goldtokens website the following steps should fix the issue
First - before doing ANYTHING else - make sure you have collected at least one of our Gold Hunt coins - any denomination, or made at least one successfull cast at a Fish Hunt Buoy. If yoiu have not done either of those things then the reason you can't log in to the website is because you don't have an account yet.
1. close the Goldtokens web page. *
2. reset your login information thru the Goldtokens HUD or thru our ATM
3. re-open the Goldtokens page and log in**
In the RARE instance that the above steps do NOT work for you, try the following;
Google how to clear your browsing history according to which Browser you use. Clear you browsing history.
Now please repeat the above steps 1 - 3 just as you did before
If your browser has saved your current password for our page just closing the page wont work. You will have to manually delete the saved password and THEN reset your login information as instructed in step 2
You MUST use the last name of Resident when logging on to our site if you dont have a last name from SL other than resident. you cannot leave the last name blank. It is case sensitive and so will look like this
Do NOT use copy/paste to enter your login password as that function sometimes leaves a blank space that can't be seen by us. You must manually type in the information.
Once you have succesfully logged in, go to your settings page (the icon that looks like the upper half of a person) and scroll to the bottom. Change your password to one easily remembered by you. If you still forget the password use the Goldtokens HUD login password button to get a reminder of what your password was.
