The Goldtokens Blog

Respect yes

Yesterday I entered a land and used teleportation. I accidentally entered a building that was under construction. Now, before the building was another. How would I know it was under construction? I'm not a fortune teller. Then the owner of the land came and warned me that if it happened again he would ban me. NOT NEEDED. I DO NOT MAKE A QUESTION TO GO BACK THERE. Rules like these without feeling anything made Second Life this desert. When #covid19 passes, will we have a new wave of dissatisfied users?

I teleported home once and found someone standing in my garage. I said hi and asked if I could help him. I was friendly. He didn't say anything. After a few minutes and a few more unanswered questions, he teleported away. However, he left me a landmark to a very nice mountain community. I guess that's where he was from. I'm just saying, everybody's different.

PS - If I ever catch you snooping around in my house, I'll offer you a latte...

SL is about friendship, tolerance and stuff like that. I don't mind if anyone wanders around my land. If there are bits I want to keep private, I'll put some security up, Take you up on a latte sometime soulorcell. cheeky

I think the same. Tolerance. Many users have returned after years of seclusion. Real life has changed. Second Life also

I've run into various land owners who are drunk on the power it affords them. I have been banned and threats to be banned for all sorts of odd things. It's one of the reasons I gave up gold hunt the first time I played. I've come close a couple times this time around with the less able to admin land owners. I've run my own free internet game for many years and the way people run their land or sims in second life I often find completely unprofessional so to speak.
