Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
After much encouragement from the amazing clan Gold Sweepers, decided to share a recipe I've been loving for my healthier lifestyle. This is a community beyond just coins, and fish so I wanted to share things that make me happy. And that thing right now is food, and developing a healthy lifestyle.
I have been having this smoothie for lunch. It tides me over for many hours. I will put in brackets the brands I used but I am looking for a less fatty peanut butter, and a less sugary yogurt.

Yields about 12 oz cup.
- 1 Cup - Almond Milk - Vanilla Unsweetened [Almond Breeze
- 1 Whole Frozen Banana
- 1 T of Golden Milled Flax Seed [USA Organic]
- 2 T of Creamy Peanut Butter [Jiffy]
- 2 T Non-Fat Vanilla Yogurt [Dannon Light & Fit]
Simply blend the ingredients together. If you want it a bit thicker, use less milk, or add ice.
