How to fix non working Fishing rod

Ulrich Nansen Posted by in General - January 1, 2015, 8:00 am

Most fishers will eventually run into the issue that they arrive at a buoy and their rod simply do not react to being clicked, this is due to scripts only being allowed by the group-members, to join the group and make your rod work, do this:

Rightclick buoy, select EDIT... on the edit window that opens, click the groupname and then join the group.

Rightclick buoy, select EDIT... on the edit window that opens, click the VIEW button next to groupname and then join the group.

World -> About Land -> Click on the INFO button next to (Group Owned) land to open the group window.

Alternatively, with all viewers you can look around for a board that lets you invite into group, some simply sends you the invitation directly, while others pastes you a link in Nearby Chat that you have to click on and subsequently join the group manually.
