These rules apply only to LGH games and services. They are secondary to Linden Lab policies.
Priority Order
RL law > Second Life TOS/Standards > LGH TOS > Landowner sim rules (if sensible).
General Rules (All LGH Games)
These rules apply across Fish Hunt, Gold Hunt, Society, Coin Clash, and Farming.
- Respect & Conduct Harassment, threats, hate, or disruptive behavior toward players, landowners, staff, or partners is not allowed.
- No Cheating, Automation, or Exploits Do not use bots, auto clickers, macros, packet tools, or any method that automates gameplay or abuses game mechanics.
- No Interference with Game Objects Do not modify, hide, or manipulate any LGH game object (coins, rods, buoys, farms, vendors, exchanges, etc.).
- Obey Land Rules Players must obey the local rules of each sim they visit. LGH staff does not override landowner bans.

Severe violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban, including loss of earnings or in-game assets.

Reputation & Brand Protection
Constructive feedback is welcome. However, malicious attacks that undermine trust and disrupt the community economy are not permitted.
- Malicious Defamation & Misinformation Prohibited Players and landowners must not engage in malicious defamation, knowingly false factual claims, coordinated misinformation, or deliberate attempts to undermine the integrity of LGH, its games, creator, staff, partners.
- Constructive Feedback Allowed LGH supports open feedback and discussion. However, the intentional spread of false or misleading statements presented as fact may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or permanent ban.

Landowner Rules
- Accessibility Coins, gems, and public buoys must be accessible to all hunters. No hidden skyboxes without free access from ground level.
- Fair Access In accordance with Second Life policies. LGH does not intervene in individual land access decisions. Game objects must remain generally accessible to the public unless explicitly designated as limited-access buoys under LGH rules.
- No Modifications Fishing rods, coins, gems, and buoys must not be modified in any way.
- Optional Buoy Limitation Exception Landowners may request Fish Hunt-only buoy limitations as an approved exception. These buoys are specially flagged in our system and may operate under clearly defined access conditions (such as dress codes or themed participation requirements). Such buoys must be pre-approved and comply with LGH guidelines.
Fish Hunt Rules

Using any external software, macros, or tools to automate fishing (auto casting, auto clicking, botting) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of earnings.

- One Avatar per Buoy Players may not fish with more than one avatar at the same Fish Hunt buoy during the same time frame/event.
Society Rules
- Respect Society Decisions Society roles, rankings, and governance outcomes are enforced by staff. Attempts to manipulate votes, ranks, or governance systems are prohibited.
Coin Clash Rules
- No Exploits or Automation Any automation, exploit abuse, or manipulation of Coin Clash scoring/rewards is prohibited.
Money Handling Policy
- Funds Held Until Payout Player earnings are held as virtual game tokens until paid out via in-world systems (e.g., ATM payout).
- No Banking Service No interest is paid. LGH does not provide a banking service and does not violate Linden Lab in-world banking policy.
- Minimum Payout Earnings may be withheld until at least 1 L$ due to Second Life payment restrictions.
- Inactivity Cleanup Accounts inactive for more than 2 years may be removed for performance and economic integrity (including deletion of remaining funds and ranking/stats data). Refunds are not possible after deletion.
Group Chat Policy
- No Drama, No Attacks Group chat must not contain personal attacks, harassment, hate, threats, or flame wars. Personal disputes must be handled privately.
- No Advertising Other Games Advertising non-LGH games, services, or companies is not permitted in LGH chat channels.
- PG Standards Where Applicable PG-rated groups must remain PG at all times and comply with Linden Lab Community Standards.
Chat Enforcement
Moderation actions may include warnings, muting, or permanent chat bans. Severe offenses may be immediate.

Disciplinary Action
Violations may result in one or more of the following actions, depending on severity and frequency.
- Possible Actions Warnings, probation, temporary suspensions, removal of verified status, deduction of earnings/resources, deletion of game budgets/items, permanent bans from chat or gameplay, and bans from LGH-managed lands.
- Final Authority Administration decisions are final. Severe violations may result in immediate action without warning.
- No Refunds After Ban If an account is banned for rule violations, LGH has no obligation to refund products, process cashouts, or restore privileges.
